New staff system

- The "mod request" thread is for users only. For internal staff modifications, ask here (and only here)
- You can eventually propose normal users to be staff here (deprecated)
New groups:
1) Team Founder & Leader/Owner (The True Theory of the Universe, Th(V)) : 《§》carbonara <3〖ƧƐ〗 (all powers)
2) First-Order Oodle Theory: Leaders ("FOOT members")
- Maximum powers, including critical ones
- Private group (if you ask "can I join it", it will always be "no")
- Members: Miguel888, P1kachu, [AT/DC] Peroxydisulfuric Acid
3) First Order Set Theory: Administrators ("FOST members")
- Maximum powers, excluded critical ones and group modifications
- Semi-private group: you need to be at least SOA member to ask to join. Final decision by me, and only me.
- Members: Hexafluorophosphoric Acid, Degg :3, Hydrochloric Acid, DeathNote
4) Second-Order Arithmetic: Leader(s) of Moderator(s) ("SOA members")
- Same powers as FOA members, plus capacity to edit profile and some other things in Admin Area
- Can ask to FOOT members to add/remove moderators (FOA members)
- Lead all FOA members (can give orders, etc)
- You need to be at least FOA member to ask to join. Final decision by FOOT members.
- Members:NO-ONE!
5) First-Order Logic: Global Moderator(s) ("FOL members")
- Standard global moderator powers
- Ask in the "mod requests" thread to join. Final decision by FOOT members.

Permissions for all group:
- Make announcement: SOA members and beyond
- Other thread operations: FOA members and beyond
- See invisible members, view/search by IP: FOA members and beyond
- Edit profiles: SOA members (deprecated) and beyond
- Warn members: FOA members and beyond
- Mass PM: SOA members and beyond
- Censored words: FOA members and beyond
- Reported posts: FOA members and beyond
- Reserved names, news feed, shoutbox: SOA members and beyond
- Ban members: anybody can ask if justified, applied by SOA members and beyond
- Style/plugin/theme things: FOST members and beyond
- Forum settings: FOST members and beyond
- Security log, and all other non-critical powers: FOST members and beyond
- [CRITICAL] Edit groups: FOOT members only
- [CRITICAL] Delete members/staff: FOOT members only
- [CRITICAL] Forum cleanup, file storage: FOOT members only
- [CRITICAL] Custom domains, Ad-free: FOOT members only
- [CRITICAL] Mass e-mail: FOOT members only
Any SOA or FOST member that edits the profile of another SOA or FOST member might be eventually punished if it isn't justified. It is even worst if you edit the profile of a FOOT member. (This doesn't apply to an FOST member that edits the profile of an SOA member. FOOT members can edit anyone's profile, including the profile of other FOOT members)
